William Matthew “Bill” Robinson, 88, of Monument, KS, died Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the Mitchel County Hospital, in Beloit, KS. He was born July 5, 1930, in Sharon, KS, to Jake and Winifred (Tarrance) Robinson. Bill attended school at a country school, then went to Sharon School, graduating in 1948. On May 6, 1961, he married Patricia Fay West, in Kiowa, KS, at the Christian Church.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; brother Ralph Robinson, Colorado Springs, CO and brothers-in-law, Dwight Brown, Bethany, OK and Bill Webb, Bourbonnais, IL.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia, of Monument; children, Mark Robinson, Libenthal, KS, John (Rhonda) Robinson, Sharon Springs, KS and Luke (Karen) Robinson, Denver, CO; grandchildren, Sonya Busby, Colby, KS, Briann Robinson and Nathan Robinson, both of Denver, CO; great granddaughter, Kora Busby, Colby, KS; sisters, Lucille Webb, Bourbonnais, IL and Virginia Brown, Bethany, OK; several step great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
