The family wishes to thank his primary care physician, Doug Gruenbacher, including Logan County Hospital, Logan County Health Department, Ruth Clark, and Vanessa and Scott Wellbrock. Wayne is survived by his brother Raymond, sister-in-law Pat Walz, brother Kelvin Walz, nieces, and nephews.
