Todd John Kuhlman, 49, of Oakley, died July 28, 2021. He was born July 10, 1972, in Colby, KS, to Larry and Nancy (Seele) Kuhlman. Todd grew up on the family farm and graduated from Oakley High School in 1990. He then served in the United States Marines from 1990-1995. Todd worked in construction and was a truck driver. He married Sherri Denton on September 12, 1997. Todd was a lifetime member of the Oakley VFW, a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus, member of the Tri-State Coalition of Concerned Motorcyclists and ABATE of KS and was beginning the process to become a Mason. In his spare time, Todd loved riding motorcycles, bowling with his cousin Ben, doing wood working projects, being around friends, hogging the couch and watching TV. He was a certified wrestling referee and enjoyed umpiring softball and baseball.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry Kuhlman and Art and Darlene Seele.
Todd is survived by Sherri; his daughter Tori Kuhlman and their beloved pets, of the home; daughter, Kassandra (Brent) Johnston and grandsons, Landon and Cole Johnston, of Rexford; parents, Larry and Nancy Kuhlman; brother Tony (April) Kuhlman; grandmother Mildred Kuhlman and numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 4-6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 1, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oakley, with a Vigil at 6:00 p.m. A Memorial Mass will take place at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 2, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oakley.
