Tammy Jurek

Tammy Lea Jurek, 57, of Colby, died Monday, January 22, 2024, at Citizens Medical Center, in Colby. She was born May 18, 1966, in Holyoke, CO, to Carl and Vivian (Graff) Warner. On March 14, 1986, Tammy was united in marriage with Frank Jurek and the couple had two sons.

For 21 years, Tammy drove for UPS. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and mowing. She loved to travel, especially to the beach. Tammy often spent her Sunday’s cooking and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings.

She is survived by her husband Frank; sons Benjamin and Eric Jurek; grandchildren, Jude and Luna Jurek; and siblings, John Warner, Bonny Wingo, Linda Smith and Mary Warner.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Baalmann Mortuary, Colby.
