Many of his original compositions were played by handbell and sung by vocal choirs and some were even debuted on the High Plains Public Radio Station, Garden City, KS. He composed choral music for a work called “The 7 Last Words of Christ” and it was performed in Tucson. His most recent work was composing the music for a ballet titled “The Little Mermaid”. It is unfinished. Steve is survived by his parents, sisters Wendolyn Worley of Virginia, and Laurel Warren of Wamego; nieces and nephews, Evan and Brenn Worley and Blake and Brittah Warren.
