Sharon R. Mackley, 77, of Winona, died January 16, 2017 at the Logan County Hospital, in Oakley. She was born April 12, 1939, in Hays, KS, to Robert and Norma (Gfeller) Washburn. On December 27, 1956, she married Doug Mackley, in Winona. Sharon liked to spend time at Trenton Lake, the Country Club, and traveling to Arizona. She enjoyed playing cards, reading, bowling, golfing, listening to country music, and watching the Dallas Cowboys, NASCAR and anything with John Wayne. Sharon was a member of the Winona United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She is survived by her husband, Doug; children, Kathy Mackley, of Oakley, Bob (Tracee), of Colby, Denny (Dayna), of Winona, and Jeff (Sherri), of Winona; sisters, Lynne Scott and Joyce Atkinson, both of Scottsdale, AZ; 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation is 5-7:00 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2017 at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley. Funeral Service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Winona United Methodist Church, with burial to follow in the Winona Cemetery.
