Rosalie Langley

Rosalie Flora Langley, 85, of Colby, died Tuesday, October 31, 2023. She was born February 4, 1938, in Los Angeles, CA, to Jack and Flora (Munoz) Shockley. Rose graduated from Whittier High School and attended junior college at Los Angeles City College. She moved to Colby in the 1980’s where she worked as a para at the Colby Public Schools, receptionist at the NWKS Education Center and as a sales associate at Walmart. Rose would do anything for anyone. She enjoyed being around people, attending church and participating in Bible studies. Rose also enjoyed crafts and putting together floral arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Marion Langley; brother-in-law Michael Sheen and nephew Bill Sheen.

She is survived by her daughter Marlie (Charles) Hamilton; sister Jeannie Sheen; brother Jack (Dana) Shockley; great grandson Kyrie Hamilton and many nieces and nephews.
