Ronald Heble

Ronald Robert Heble, 78, of McCook, NE, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at his home.

Born and raised in Atwood, KS, Ron went into the army reserves, came home and took over the family farm North of Atwood. In 1960 he married Patsy Hakenkamp & raised three children, Michelle, Jason & Lisa. Ron was involved in many adventures, loved a good joke, visiting people and watching TV. Ron was an active member in the Knights of Columbus, the Catholic Church and the Army Reserves.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Francis Heble and daughter, Michelle Heble.

Ron is survived by his wife, Patsy (Hakenkamp) Heble, McCook, NE; son, Jason Heble, his wife Leslie and children Cody and Sara, of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Lisa (Heble) Hughes, her husband Michael and step-children Dylan & Jacquelyn Hughes, of Phoenix, AZ; brothers, Richard “Dick” Heble, of Denver, CO and Duane Heble and wife Marilyn of Colby, KS and sister, Sr. Phyllis Heble, of Omaha, NE.

The Funeral Mass will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Atwood, KS with burial in St. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery, Rawlins County, KS.
