Robert Durham

Bob Durham, 79, of Logan, died December 17, 2014. He was born April 15, 1935 in Vega, TX to Leland and Marie Durham. Bob married Carole Tauscher on April 25, 1960 in New Mexico. He worked in the elevator construction business and started his own company, Durham Construction Company. His work led him and Carole to many places, living in New Mexico, Texas, Winona, Scott City and Colby before moving to Norton, KS. They lived on a farm east of Norton, where they enjoyed taking care of their animals and Bob enjoyed Carole’s gourmet cooking.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Carole.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Jim Cech, Jeff Kahle, Kerry Kahle, Harvey Kahle, Joe Cech, Barbara Cech, Allen Domeny, Tom Worthing and Becky Denning.

A memorial service will be held on December 31, 2014 at the Logan Manor Community Health Center, Logan, KS.
