Raymond Henry Straub 89, of Oakley, KS died June 5, 2015 at the Logan County Manor, Oakley.
He was born December 23, 1925 at a farm home in Logan Co. to William and Annie (Hofer) Straub. He married Bernice Deaver on July 31, 1946 in Colby. Raymond was an Army veteran who served in World War II.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Straub.
He is survived by his wife Bernice, daughters; Linda (Terry) Coats of Wichita, KS; Pam (Steve) Van Eaton of Monument, KS; Tami (Brian) Suiter of Lincoln, NE; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; His brother, Melvin of Colorado Springs, CO and Sister, Arlene of Eufaula, OK; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, June 8, 2015, 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2015, 1:30p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Oakley, KS.
