Phyllis Reed

Phyllis Marie Reed, age 59, of Atwood, KS passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Kearney NE. Phyllis was born August 11, 1954 in Denver CO. to Guy Herbert and Rilla Ione Corner Graham. She went to Sheridan High School in Sheridan, CO. She moved to Atwood, KS in 2002. She met and married Duwayne Reed April 5, 2003. Phyllis was the office manager at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Atwood. She was a member of the Atwood Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

She is survived by her husband, Duwayne; son, Tommy (Victoria), Washington D.C.; father, Guy, Atwood; brothers, Ken (Edith), Denver, CO., Allen, Thornton, CO, Aaron, Pensacola, FL, and Joe, Atwood; grandchildren; Gavyn, Ryleigh and Grant Smith.

Visitation will be 4-7:00 p.m. Friday, February 14, 2014 at Baalmann Mortuary, Atwood. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Baalmann Mortuary, Atwood. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Atwood. Memorials are suggested to the family in Phyllis’ name in care of Baalmann Mortuary 109 N 2nd, Atwood, KS 67730.
