Max Gael Beougher passed away May 14, 2024, at the age of 83 in Hospice care because of pneumonia. He was born in Gove County western Kansas August 18, 1940, to Gael and Mary Beougher. He grew up on the farm and was a country boy at heart.
On August 20, 1961, Max married Delilah Dohm. They moved to Colorado in 1966. Max enjoyed family get-togethers, class reunions, traveling, bowling, fishing, gardening, western movies, and sports. He had a career with the Federal Government in the print shop.
He is survived by his wife Delilah (Dee), son Brad L. Beougher (Aurora, CO); two brothers Ken (Bird City, KS) and John (Mary) (Pierre, SD), a sister Donna (Chuck Spath) (Grand Junction, CO); nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Max was preceded in death by his parents Gael and Mary Beougher, two sons David Lynn and Darren Gael, his brother Virgil and sister Opal.
A graveside service will take place at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2024, in the Grinnell Township Cemetery, Grinnell, KS. For information or condolences visit baalmannmortuary.com
