Marvin Cousins

Marvin Cousins, 50, of Oakley, KS, died January 25, 2022, at Hays Medical Center. Marvin was born March 31st, 1971, in Norton, KS to Simon and Ginger (Kinne) Cousins. Marvin graduated from Ellinwood High School in 1989.

He was preceded in death by his father Simon Cousins, of Oakley, KS; grandfathers, Harold Cousins, of Oakley, KS and Earl Kinne, of Wilsonville, NE; grandmother Evelyne Kinne, of Wilsonville, NE and uncle Randy Cousins, of Branson, MO.

He is survived by his mother Ginger Cousins, of Oakley, KS; brothers, Wesley “Wes” Cousins, of Wichita, KS; William “Bill” and Wendy Cousins of Hoxie, KS; nieces, Naomi Jordan of Hoxie, KS, Amber Jordan of Brewster, KS and Alexandria Cousins of Hoxie, KS; nephews, Jacob Jordan of Hoxie, KS and Kody Cousins of Hoxie, KS; grandmother Velma (Mae) Cousins of Oakley, KS; a great-nephew, two great-nieces and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 pm, with a service at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley, KS. Interment will follow at the Oakley Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Finney County Human Society in Marvin Cousins name and sent in care of Farmer’s State Bank, 100 Center Ave, Oakley, KS, 67748.
