Jill Samson

Jill R. Samson, 78, of Ludell, died January 3, 2014. She was born December 19, 1935, in Smith Center, KS, to Vance and Ruby (Hudson) Robbins. She graduated from Atwood High School. On May 27, 1953 she married Joe Samson. She worked in banking for 28 years, first at Farmers State Bank of Ludell for 10 years and then was Vice President at the State Bank of Atwood.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Joe; children, Joe Jr, Ludell, KS and Collen (Dan) Kopfman, Hays, KS; sister, Judi Zonner, Plano, Texas; brother, Jeff (Fran) Robbins, Denver, CO; grandchildren, Crystal and Kevin Payton, Jeffrey (Misty) Samson, Jeremy(Bethany) Samson,; great grandchildren Peyton Lee Samson, Aaron Samson and Jillian Samson.
