Jeannette R. Bohme, 58, of Arvada, Colorado, died February 16, 2015. She was born on July 7, 1956 to John and Jean (Starks) Pennebaker. Jeannette married Carl Bohme, on April 24, 1999, who described her as his best friend and a blessing from God. She was known in life to be a caring and loving person, always offering hugs and smiles, striving to be a good and understanding friend. She enjoyed cooking for, and with, her husband Carl and will be remembered for her favorite spaghetti and meat sauce. The most important activities to her were reading “Daily Bread” and her Bible every day. Jeannette enjoyed several hobbies such as cross-stitching, creating greeting cards, and caring for her plants.
Jeannette is survived by her husband, Carl Bohme; daughters, Michelle and Bobbie; parents, John and Jean Pennebaker; sister, Rayette; brother, Glenn and wife Marty; brother-in-law, Bruce and wife Carol Bohme; niece, Harmony Patient; nephews, Joey, Josh and Cameron as well as her grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Colby Independent Baptist Church.
