Jamie Skeers

Jamie Lee Skeers, 30, of Hays, formerly of Oakley, died May 13, 2014. He was born June 18, 1983 in Oakley, KS to Eddie and Roxie (Briard) Skeers. He graduated from Oakley High School in 2003. He was continuing his education at DSNWK Reed Center in Hays, KS.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jason; grandparents, James and Mildred Briard and Donald Skeers.

He is survived by his parents, Oakley; grandmother, Susie Skeers, Oakley; uncles, Gary Skeers, Hays, Robert Skeers, Hays, Dennis (Bella) Skeers, Cleveland, TN; aunts, Nancie (Jeffery) McEwen Indianapolis, IN, Monica Porter, Kansas City, KS, Rita (Ray) Hartman, Hays and many cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be 3-5:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley. Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2014 at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley.
