Gerald Juenemann

Gerald Frank Juenemann, 86, of Selden, died on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Colby Health and Rehab, in Colby. He was born on September 8, 1935, in rural Sheridan County to Frederick and Rosa (Kaus) Juenemann. Gerald married Arvilla Schwarz on June 6, 1956. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Selden.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ben, Lawrence, Norbert, and John and sisters, Sister Rosalyn Juenemann and Alvera Long.

He is survived by his wife, of Selden; children, Rose Juenemann, Cathy (Joe) Broeckelman, Karen (Ron) Sippel, Judy (Steve) Rogers, Mary (Jeff Finley) Juenemann, Allen (Sundee) Juenemann, and Kevin (Donna) Juenemann; along with 19 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation is 5-7:00 p.m., with a vigil at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Selden, with a Mass of Resurrection on Monday, May 9, at 10:00 am at the church with burial at Selden Cemetery. Gerald requested no flowers. Online condolences: www.baalmannmortuary.com.
