Francine Michelle Davis, 54, of Topeka, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015. She was born August 28, 1960 in Lawrence, KS to Von and Alberta (Annis) Davis. She graduated from Oakley High School in 1978, where she was involved in Kayettes, Pep Club a, Pep Band, Year book, FHA and vice president of her senior class. She then attended Colby Community College, where she got her Associates Degree in Science in 1990 and Fort Hays State University. She was a part of the Oakley Methodist Church Group Bell Choir. Francine loved cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and KU Jayhawks.



She was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta and several Aunts and Uncles.



Francine is survived by her children, Franklin Wright (Shauna Rogers), Topeka and Amanda (Clifton) Sowers, Healy; father, Von Davis, Hays; sisters, Deedee Peteete, Hays and Sheryl (Fred) Janaraco, Lawrence and five grandchildren.



Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2015 at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley with visitation from 8:00 a.m. until the service time. Memorials are suggested to the Gideon’s in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 204, Oakley, KS 67748. Online condolences: www.baalmannmortuary.com
