Eva Cersovsky

August 3, 1915 — March 16, 2012

Eva Marie Cersovsky, 96, life-long resident of Colby, died Friday, March 16, 2012. She was born
August 3, 1915 to Peter and Emma (Caenen) Renner in Thomas County. She was a homemaker, worked at the ASCS office, active member in the Sacred Heart Church Circle and Home Extension Unit.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lloyd Cersovsky Sr.; and her son, John.
Survivors include four sons, Ed (Sheryl) Cersovsky, Colby, Lloyd (Cindy) Cersovsky JR., Colby, Mark Cersovsky, Colby, Fred Cersovsky, Colby; one daughter, Barbara (Richard) Williams, North Little Rock, Arkansas; and one daughter-in-law, Mary Sue Cersovsky, Jackson Mississippi; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4-8 pm on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Baalmann Mortuary, Colby. Vigil and Rosary will start at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Colby. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Colby. Memorials are suggested to Kansas Special Olympics in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
