Edna A. Hatcher, 92, of Colby, died Saturday, Feb 1, 2014 at Deseret Health and Rehab at Colby. She was born May 10, 1921 to Ray and Josephine (Boucher) Hatcher in Penokee, KS. She was a stenographer for the State of California. Edna was outspoken and always made sure her voice was heard, this included writing to political figures to sharing her opinions.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Ronald Page; brother, Philip and sister, Vera Shull.
