Duard Goble, 90, of Oakley, died Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Logan County Manor. He was born February 17, 1924, on the family farm in Logan County, to Oura and Opal (Davis) Goble. He married Helen Suter on November 21, 1946. Duard was a farmer and owned and operated the Oakley Skelly Service.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen; parents; son, Danny Goble; grandson, James Goble and sisters, Imojean Hockersmith and Betty Lou Wick.
He is survived by his daughter, Sue (Jim) Weber, Oakley; grandchildren, Jennifer (Doug) Otten, Colby, Joy (Chad) Heinrich, Salina and Stephen (Nicole) Weber, Lincoln; great grandchildren , Leighton and Elizabeth Koel and Conner and Camden Weber, Chris and Irina Otten.
Visitation will be 2-5:00p.m, Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley. Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday November 10, 2014 at the United Methodist Church, Oakley.
