Daryl Leo Wolf, 80, of Monument, KS, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the Logan County Hospital, in Oakley. He was born May 4, 1943, in rural Gove County, KS, to Fred and Mary (Merrian) Wolf. Daryl graduated from Grinnell High School. He married Jennie Keller on June 25, 1964, and to this union two sons were born. Daryl was a life-long farmer and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Jennie; siblings, Melvin (Marlene) Wolf, Jim (Elsie) Wolf, Mary Jean (Alan) Overton and Leon Wolf; brother-in-law Jerry Kaiser.
He is survived by his children, Donovan (Darlene) Wolf, of Brookville and Jason (Brianne) Wolf of Monument; grandchildren, Jessica (Ben) O’Loughlin, of Colorado Springs, CO, Alex (Arianna) Wolf of Marquette, KS, and Emily Wolf of Topeka, KS; great grandchildren Naomi, Lakeyn, Justin, Terrence, and Tobias; siblings, Luetta Kaiser, Richard (Karen) Wolf, Bernice (Mark) Rueschhoff and Dwayne (Linda) Wolf and sister-in-law Lynette Wolf.
The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 Friday, October 20, 2023, Vigil at 7:00 p.m., at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley. Memorial Mass will take place at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oakley, with inurnment in the Monument Cemetery, Monument, KS.
