Dal Schultz

Dal Brean Schultz, 22, of Grainfield, died July 22, 2014. He was born June 30, 1992 in Hays, KS to Douglas and Ronna (Adelhardt) Schultz. He graduated from Wheatland High School in 2010 and then attended Dodge City Community College, where he played football for one year. He was a cattleman and had started his own cattle operation. He also worked for the family farm. He loved the outdoors and country living, hunting with Cas, teaching sports to Ty and Tyra, helping out at the Lazy H Ranch, and his Catholic faith. He was an Eagle Scout, third degree member of the Knights of Columbus and member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.

He is survived by his parents; siblings, Cas, Ty and Tyra Schultz; grandparents Donald and Louise Schultz, Grainfield, and Ronald and Patricia Adelhardt, Partridge.

Visitation will be 4-8:00 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014 at St. Agnes Education Center, Grainfield, with a Vigil at 7:30. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Grainfield.
