Cheryl Varwig

Cheryl A. Varwig, 62, a homemaker formerly of Colby, died Saturday, March 17, 2018, at her home in Willis, Texas. She was born Oct. 17, 1955, in Colby, the daughter of Bill and Olita Jones. Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Stan Jones. Survivors include her husband Donald Varwig, Willis, Texas; four sons, Trevor Varwig, Kelly Varwig, Korrey Varwig and Brandon Varwig; a daughter, Kim Moses; two brothers, Dennis Jones and Robert Jones; four sisters, Sandra Wilson, Tamera Wallender, Valerie Miller and Tina Stickel; 20 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018, at the Kersenbrock Funeral Chapel in Colby, with Father Richard Daise officiating and inurnment in the church's cemetery. The family suggests memorials in her name in care of the funeral chapel, 745 S. Country Club Dr., Colby, Kan., 67701.
