Barbara Hopper

Barbara Hopper died March 28, 2024, after a short illness.

She was born in Monte Vista, Colorado on July 23, 1947, the fourth child, of Elmer and Cordie Inez (Sidebottom) Guyer. She graduated from Boulder High in 1965 and married Cloyde Dale Hopper on December 22, 1979 at Beth Eden Baptist Church in Wheat Ridge Colorado.

She is survived by her husband Cloyde D Hopper, her niece Cheryl (Guyer) and Danny Johnson of Nebraska; Step-daughters Tami and Marc Smith living in Texas, Traci Hopper living in Selden and Teresa and Ron Morris living in Colorado and 8 grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Sarah (Smith) Cottle, Jenalee (Estep) Rivers, Brent Lange, Kyle Schade, Quinn Aumiller and Katie (Aumiller) Weis, and Hannah Sparks, 14 Great grandchildren. Great Nieces Crystal (Johnson) Morris and Katie (Johnson) Bacon. She was preceded in death by her Mother Cordie (Sidebottom) Guyer and her Father Elmer Guyer, her son Scott Sparks, and 3 brothers, William, Donald and Ray and Great-Grandson Peyton Rivers.

Memorial is being held April 6, 2024, at 11:30 at the Gem Community Center, pastor Lane Purcell will be officiating
