Augusta Robben

Augusta Louise Robben, 99, of Oakley, died Friday August 20, 2010. Augusta was born January 2, 1911 in Angelus, KS to John and Gertrude Schwarz. She married Lawrence Robben May 30, 1932 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Angelus. She was a homemaker and member of Daughters of Isabella, St. Joseph Church and Alter Society.

Augusta was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lawrence; daughter Anna; three sons, Daniel, Phillip, and Mark; and two grandchildren Delores and Joseph Robben.

Augusta is survived by four sons Robert, Dennis, Ronald and Larry Robben; daughter Kathleen Fulwider; thirty grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.

Visitation is Sunday, August 22, 2010, 4-8 p.m. at Baalmann Mortuary. Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Funeral will be Monday, August 23, 2010, 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oakley, KS.
