Tony is survived by his sons Jason (Kimberly) Blackhart, Andrew (Kasandra) Blackhart, both of Colby. And a daughter, Valerie (Brett) Dible of Menlo. His grandchildren, Charlie, Sadie, Jaycie, Dylan, Breanna, Bradyn, Landyn, Daisy, Hannah, Jadrien, and Benton. Also his Brothers and sisters, Donna, Karen, Mike, Debbie, Jim, Bob, John, George, Chris, Fred, Cloyce, Pat, Luke and Terry. Many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by Debbie Blackhart, his wife of 24 years. His parents Donald and Daisy Frecks. his two sisters, Gretchen and Yvonne. Tony was born on May 14, 1949 in Ovid, Colorado to Donald and Daisy Frecks. He graduated from high school in 1969, he married Debbie Phillips in 1970. He worked at a Ford garage in Arriba Colorado as a mechanic for a short time. They later moved to Edson and then onto Goodland. During that time they welcomed three children. Tony had many different jobs which included agriculture and truck driving. We believe he enjoyed truck driving above all. Tony's children and grandchildren remember him as a strong, hard-working and lovable man. He will be greatly missed by many.
