Albert J. Hartman, 61, of Quinter, died January 7, 2013. He was born January 21, 1951 to Lawrence and Johanna (Selensky) Hartman in Quinter, KS. He worked for the City of Colorado Springs as a utility purchasing agent. He had a loving heart and he became friends with everyone he talked to. He attended college at St. Thomas Seminary, Denver, CO. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Park, KS.
Preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Lorraine Hartman; four brothers, Douglas, Ralph, Delmar and Frank.
Survivors include a son, Michael (Desiree) Hartman, Bremerton, WA; two daughters, Raelene (Paul Granahan) Shelly, Denver, CO and Amy Hartman, Lander, WY; three brothers, Elmer (LaVerna) Hartman, Lakewood, CO, James (Carol) Hartman, Park, KS and Robert (Kathy) Hartman, Grainfield, KS; a sister in-law, Rose Marie Hartman, Grainfield, KS; five grandchildren, Joe Shelly Jr., Ayden Hartman, Kyle, Nate and Alex Granahan.
Cremation was chosen and a private family burial is being planned. Memorials are suggested to the St.
