Condolences

Condolence From: Jan Randle
Condolence: I will never forget the first time I met Uncle Don and Aunt Elaine. Steve and I were driving back to Manhattan from Colorado when the car we were driving died in Colby. The car absolutely would not start. Steve called Uncle Don, and within the hour Uncle Don and Aunt Elaine arrived in the Body Shop tow-truck. We all towed the car back to Oakley where Uncle Don started to work. It was quickly determined it was not going to be a quick fix! I was a little anxious about getting back to Manhattan for a early morning class. However we quickly found ourselves in their Cadillac driving back to Manhattan. I got to my class on time; the car was repaired; and the Cadillac returned to Uncle Don and Aunt Elaine. No one in the family knew at the time, but Steve and I had already planned to be married 11 months later. I knew I was marrying into a very loving and caring family. Whom I’ve been blessed to know now for 48 years. We all will miss you Uncle Don. Love Jan Randle
