James Roger Boeger
James Roger Boeger, 61, of Angelus, KS, died Friday, October 13, 2017 at the Sheridan County Health Complex, in Hoxie, KS. He was born May 6, 1956, in Hays, KS, to George and Leona (Heinrich) Boeger. James graduated from Grinnell High School in 1974 and then attended Northwest Kansas Vocational School in Goodland, KS. After his schooling James worked for Oakley Motors, before moving to California and working as a diesel mechanic at Southwest Truck. After returning to Kansas James farmed and then drove truck in the fall.

James was preceded in death by his parents, infant sister Mary and step-grandson Landan Fringer.

He is survived by his siblings, Georginna Smith, Augusta, KS, Mark Boeger, Colby, KS, Glenn Boeger, Colby, KS and Clinton Boeger, Topeka, KS; step children, Ameree Green (fiancé Aaron Lovell), Aurora, CO, Justine Fringer, Aurora, CO, Kylee Fringer, Colby, KS, Tori (Alvin) Ebner, Logan, KS, Brittany Fringer, Hays, KS and Braydan Fringer, Topeka, KS and step-grandchildren, Kaylie, Kellie, William, Maleea, Mileey and Brently.

Cremation was chosen. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct 17, 2017 at St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery, Angelus. For condolences or information visit www.baalmannmortuary.com
